FFL Transfers

Thank you for choosing Train Protect Defend for your firearm(s) transfer.

Please Review the Following Terms & Conditions Carefully before having any firearm shipped to Train Protect Defend:


  • You must complete the form below prior to us receiving any incoming firearms, whether from a manufacturer, distributor or another FFL dealer.

  • You are responsible to verify that the firearm you intend to purchase is not prohibited and meets all state and local laws.

  • Please confirm you paid the seller 100% for the purchase of your firearm prior to shipping the firearm to our location!

    • Train Protect Defend will not accept any firearms shipped to us via cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Please provide us your shipping tracking number and/or provide the shipping carrier our email address (info@trainprotectdefend.com) to include us on real-time tracking updates regarding your FFL gun transfers.

  • We do not provide copies of our FFL to individuals who are not a current FFL.

  • Federal law dictates you must be the one picking up the firearm. You may not legally send anyone else in to pick up the firearm or fill out the paperwork on your behalf.

  • Firearm pick up is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY once your purchase has arrived. Train Protect Defend will notify you via phone, email and/or text message when we have received your firearms shipment and will coordinate a mutually convenient time for the gun transfer to your possession.

  • Do not show-up without an appointment or you will be charged a $15.00 convenience fee.

  • Re-scheduled appointments require 24 hour notice or you will incur an additional $15.00 convenience fee.

  • No Show/Missed appointments will be charged a $25.00 convenience fee and re-scheduling is completely at our discretion.

  • Firearms not picked up within a 7 day receipt will incur a storage fee of $15.00 per day.

  • Before releasing your purchase to you, Train Protect Defend is required by law to:

    • Have you fill out the ATF FORM 4473

    • Verify identification by customers valid Texas State Issued identification.

      • If your identification document is expired, then it is not valid.

    • Verify customers have a valid concealed handgun license, and/or to conduct a background check.

  • Train Protect Defend is Not Responsible for damaged or missing items.

  • Customer assumes the condition of all firearms “as is” from the sender, seller, etc.

  • FFL fees listed above supersede all other gun websites listing our FFL transfer fees.

  • If you do not have valid Texas identification at the time of pickup or your background check is denied, the firearm will be returned to the seller.
